We can produce 30,000 sets of sinks per month. Huayou Sink Factory is equipped with a comprehensive production line from material cutting to container loading, which can control the quality by ourself step by step.

We produce sinks and faucets under ISO9001 management system. We set up a high quality standard and require our quality inspection team to check, to ensure high quality and to deal with the quality issue in time. Besides, we will regularly conduct quality training for the QC team. For each after-sales feedback put forward by customers, we will find a solution and update the standard to our quality inspection team.

Yes, we offer sink samples for testing and evaluation purposes. The lead time for sample production is approximately 7-15 days. And our sink bulk production need 25-35days to produce.

Yes! All sinks can be passed CE, ISO9001 certification. If you need, we can apply other certifications and bear part of cost with you.

Our handmade kitchen sinks are packaged in 3-5 pieces per carton or 180pcs in a pallet. A 20GP container can accommodate 200 to 1000 sinks, while a 40HQ container can hold 800 to 2600 sinks.

We accept the payment method of transfer. Our payment terms are typically 30% deposit and 70% balance payment before shipment.
